Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases of treatments, courses and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change, so we are happy to offer rescheduling of appointments with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered redeemed and cannot be reused.

Packages and courses are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

Results from laser hair removal vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. A consultation is required before treatment to determine suitability. If a client is deemed unsuitable at consultation, a credit may be issued at the clinic’s discretion.

Where Klarna or other payment plans are used, this does not change our refund policy. Any disputes regarding Klarna payments must be handled directly with Klarna.
